  1. Hello Jemma should we put buttercream covered cake in Freezer or fridge so that our cream doesn't melt down with the drip sauce cause it happened with me and my cake looked so messy 😁

  2. Hi Jemma! Thank you so much for this class!! I am a novice baker. I do not like buttercream cakes, I prefer to cover my cakes with whipped cream. Is it possible that may I ever make a drip cake over it? i tried it once(before find this video), and the ganache on contact with the cream, got wet and melted down. If you can teach me how to do it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks and best regards!

  3. I’m very new to cooking/baking and I’ve been trying to find an easy way to make a drip for my daughters birthday cake. You said you can’t do cups….so do I just use a scale and weight the cream and chocolate then? I’m so confused about that. I normally measure in cups (in the us)

  4. 5. Hi Jemma, thank you for the video! I want to make a drip cake for my 5 year old son's birthday. He's asked for a batman themed cake and I'd like the drip to be black. I thought maybe I could do chocolate and add black coloring… but I don't know enough about it to know if this is the best way. What do you recommend?
