  1. I came on this channel after watching interview with Ivan on Tech. Ivan always have great suggestions. Your channel helps understand Chinese reasoning in regards of crypto and much more.
My story is specific, region based. I'm from Serbia and it is hard to buy crypto. Serbia is part of South eastern Europe but not part of EU. Serbia is heavily corrupted state, that is probably reason why is not part of SEPA banking system. I can deposit and buy crypto, but not withdraw. I don't mind though, because I'm a hodler. In time crypto will be adopted.
So, I have limited experience. I used CEX, KuCoin, Coinmama and finally BitStamp. I like the most BitStamp (0.5% fee), and CoinMama (5% fee) I like because as soon as you buy crypto they offer you to enter secure location of your choosing (your own prefered crypto wallet, exodus wallet is mine).

  2. ITS INSANE YOU ARE PUTTING BITTREX IN TOP LIST. THEY TOOK $0.137 PER OCEAN PROTOCOL TOKEN IN IEO NEXT DAY LISTED IT AS 2 CENTS NEVER TOUCHED 5 CENTS AGAIN. THEY OPENLY SCAMMED TRUSTED INVESTORS TIME & TIME. PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET THIS. TIME FOR YOU TO NOT MENTION BITTREX IN POSITIVE WAY IN ANY OF YOUR VIDEOS
IN SATOSHI CONTEXT THEY TOOK 2350 SATOSHI AS PRICE, LISTED AS MERELY 400 CURRENT SATOSHIS UNDER 400. INVESTORS LOST 90% IN WELL PLANNED SCAM

  3. its insane you are putting bittrex in top list. they took $0.137 per ocean protocol token next day listed 2 cents never touched 5 cents again. they openly scammed trusted investors time & time. people will never forget this. time for you to not mention bittrex in positive way in any of your videos

  4. Hi Michael really enjoy your channel and have been learning heaps. I'm a virgin when it comes to crypto currency….but I think I'm ready to take the plunge and start to put some small starter investments. I'm based in the Sourh Pacific small island we trade with New Zealand dollars…could you or your community guide me who could be best exchange I could start with…or could research. So exchanges are the best place to buy crypto? I'm looking invest in some BTC, Eth, Ontology, maybe a few others. Would appreciate any help…also I'm considering buying a Nano X hard wallet from NZ.

    Cheers

  5. Australian Exchange: Countree.com.au use to be called, one of my cryptocurrency exchange that I used in the past. I could make pay my bills buy and sell coins/tokens without a hitch use to be a really good exchange to trade locally. Not to menstions their service is good. But then it changes to become Cointree.com for some reason. Then, they put me through a loop just to withdraw my coins. Absolutely horrendous service. I feel sad in away becuase it used to be a Australian Exchange that I could really rely on. But not anymore it so sad, it really make you feel like you got scam when you try to make a withdrawal transactions. Just as bad or maybe worse than the bloody HitBTC.

  6. HitBTC horendous experience, they won't let me send my tokens to my own wallet. At the end I did my dash sell my coin on a lose and get out of that mafia exchange never to login back again. The expereince is just unbelievably bad.

  7. Centralised exchanges still have big risk and its good you learnt the hard way. Check out the brave browser, looks very impressive with already over 5 million users, download it here @t

  8. I’m surprised you didn’t mention Gemini. It’s a US regulated exchange based in New York and you can do direct deposits and withdrawals from your US bank account. The liquidity is maybe not as high as coinbase but adequate for retail traders. No shorting or margin though which I like.

  9. As of today, coinbase trades 14 coins on their /price page and even more on coinbase pro. A handful of coins are also convertable between themselves (with zero trading fees).

  10. I'm surprised to hear you say that you leave your funds on tier 2 exchanges for 1-2 month.
You of all people! You, who lost your funds on MtGOX. You, who always says "Don't leave your coins on exchanges"….
Think of it, if you leave your coins on an exchange for 1-2 month, what is the difference with leaving them there indefinitely?
And that is your tier 2! What about your tier 1?

You are bound to get hit with another MtGOX if you do not change your ways.
Use exchanges just to exchange! Send in money, exchange it, get your money out. Don't leave it there!
Never thought I would need to tell you this.

  11. Interesting, though notice you didn’t mention Bitstamp who’ve just been granted BitLicence in New York State. I think they just trade BTC, BCH, ŁTC, Eth and Xrp

  12. Yo bro…I see what you did, I know you trying to be sneaky but I know you made a similar video before…haha…anyways like the movie magic haha

  13. I remember the days of 50,000 to 60,000 traders on and the illfamed trollbox… OMG!!
Poloniex now about 4600 still a exchange I use along with Binance and Coinbase have used Bittrex all pretty much ok cept back in the day when all the exchanges would be locked up at the same time it was mission critical to be working.. all of them have cost me a bit on trades back then but now its not so bad, have not had any problems for about a year on any of them.I also understand that when it comes to exchanges and the electronic highway can at times experience shit that happens beyond immediate control to an exchange but im cool with the exchanges listed above.
However,Michael Coinbase has BTC,BCH,ETH,ETC,BAT,XRP,OX,XLM,EOS,LTC Buy or sell to USDC or your bank account. All of that is active now
    Cheers

  14. Bitrue is the best, they have powerpiggy where you earn 7.3% interest, funds are insured up to $1 mil, very low trading fees and they have just launched BTR (offers higher interest, reduced fees, mortgage discount, etc) which is the new BNB. I am surprised you haven't heard of it. Best customer support, they participate with community, meet-ups, giveaways. They mainly focus on XRP pairs. Download Bitrue phone app, use code EQGWWQ and receive free XRP.
